The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced on March 5th that it will issue an additional 74.5 billion KRW worth of 'Seoul Love Gift Certificates' on March 12th. This follows the issuance of 75 billion KRW in January and represents the full allocation of the remaining budget for this year, aimed at revitalizing small businesses and local commercial districts amidst economic downturn.

To mitigate simultaneous access, purchase times are segmented by birth year:Odd-numbered years: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Even-numbered years: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
After 7:00 PM: Anyone can purchase any remaining amount.
The issuance amount is divided into 37.25 billion KRW each for the morning and afternoon, totaling 74.5 billion KRW.
Refund Policy:
Cash purchases: Refunds are available for the remaining balance after using 60% or more.
Credit card purchases: Refunds are not available.
Seoul Metropolitan Government Official Statement:
Song Ho-jae, Director of the Seoul Metropolitan Government's Public Welfare and Labor Bureau, stated, "We hope that this issuance of the Seoul Love Gift Certificates will provide practical assistance in alleviating the management burden of small businesses and local commercial districts."
