HANOI — The Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) has unveiled a support plan for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in 2025, focusing on legal information, advice, and dissemination of laws. The initiative aims to ensure businesses have timely and comprehensive access to legal regulations within the MoIT's purview.
The plan emphasizes close collaboration between legal support for SMEs and the MoIT's state management activities. It also seeks to strengthen coordination between state management agencies, business representative organizations, and entities providing legal support services to SMEs.
Key activities under the plan include providing legal information and advice, addressing legal inquiries and concerns raised by businesses, and disseminating relevant laws and regulations. Furthermore, the MoIT will enhance its list of local officials overseeing legal support for SMEs and publicize a network of legal consultants specializing in the industry and trade sector.
