A meeting place is set to open to support the stable social advancement and vocational rehabilitation of job seekers with disabilities in Chungcheongnam-do.

The province announced that the "2026 Chungcheongnam-do Job Fair for Persons with Disabilities," hosted by the Chungcheongnam-do Southern Comprehensive Social Welfare Center for Persons with Disabilities and sponsored by the provincial government, will be held from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on the 30th at Asan Lee Sun-sin Gymnasium.

This job fair is a customized employment support event open to all registered persons with disabilities in the province who wish to find employment. It provides an opportunity for individuals with disabilities—who have previously faced difficulties in exploring corporate information or securing interview opportunities—to meet directly with various hiring companies in the province and showcase their capabilities.

The event will proceed by helping participants find tailored jobs through "1-in-1 in-depth interviews" with participating companies at the on-site recruitment pavilion.

Persons with disabilities wishing to secure employment can visit the venue on the day of the event carrying their resume and disability registration card (welfare card) to utilize on-site interviews and employment support services.

To ensure that job-seeking individuals with disabilities can focus on interviews and consultations without inconvenience, the provincial government and the welfare center plan to provide close on-site convenience support by stationing sign language interpreters for the hearing impaired, as well as volunteer workers to assist with venue routes and procedures.
