Special Ballet Gala in Samcheok to be Held at Samcheok Culture & Arts Center on July 12

Samcheok City announced that the "Special Ballet Gala in Samcheok" performance will be held on Saturday, July 12, at 5 PM, at the Main Performance Hall of the Samcheok Culture & Arts Center.
This performance will be a high-quality ballet gala, bringing together principal dancers from the Korean National Ballet, Korean dancers active in prominent ballet companies in Europe and Asia, and members of Baek Young-tae Ballet Lyubov and Park Ki-hyun Ballet Company, to present a sophisticated stage. In particular, it will be a special opportunity to directly experience the artistic skills honed on the world stage right here in Samcheok.
The artistic director of the performance is Professor Baek Young-tae of Kangwon National University's Department of Dance, and the general director is Professor Park Ki-hyun of Kangwon National University's Department of Dance, enhancing the depth and perfection of the performance.
"Special Ballet Gala in Samcheok" will run for a total of 80 minutes without intermission. Ticket prices are 30,000 won for R seats, 20,000 won for S seats, and 10,000 won for A seats. Tickets can be reserved through Interpark.
A city official stated, "This is a meaningful occasion to directly experience the high-level dance artistry of principal dancers from the Korean National Ballet, the heart of ballet in Korea, and Korean dancers recognized on the world stage." He added, "We hope that citizens will enjoy this moving performance on a quiet summer evening."
