The True Face of a Star Lecturer Fallen from the Hall of Intellect to a Street Megaphone

Once a man who taught history to tens of thousands and shouted for "fairness" and "justice," Jeon Han-gil’s recent behavior is causing deep concern. Where academic depth and rational debate should reside, inciting language and blind following have taken root. Slithering around the political periphery and churning out controversy, the dignity of a former "top-tier lecturer" is nowhere to be found.

Jeon once positioned himself as a powerful megaphone for the People Power Party (PPP). However, only sharp slander and conflict remain between him and the party. This is not a healthy debate over ideological values or policy alternatives, but a muddy emotional brawl. Even rational conservatives have begun to turn away, perceiving his rhetoric as a tool for personal political influence rather than an embodiment of conservative values.

The most serious issue is his disregard for the Constitution. The December 3rd illegal martial law left an indelible stain on our constitutional history; Yoon Suk-yeol, who led it, has already been judged by the people and the law. Nevertheless, Jeon continues his delusional claims, shouting "Yoon Again" and vowing to protect him to the end. It is shocking that a man who taught history ignores the shadow of insurrection and praises anti-constitutional acts.

Furthermore, he spreads groundless optimism that the U.S. government will intervene to help. This transcends a misunderstanding of international affairs; it is a classic demagogic tactic to plant false hope in supporters. Suggesting a sovereign nation's issues be left to foreign mercy mimics the incompetence of historical rulers he once lectured about.

It is difficult to expect the conscience of an educator or the reason of civil society from someone spewing extreme remarks. While political freedom must be respected, it must not be used to negate constitutional order. Jeon Han-gil must face the harm his words cause and stop this delusional political play. He, of all people, should know that history sides with truth and justice, not demagogues chasing power.
