The NCSI, a joint development between the Korea Productivity Center and the University of Michigan, is a widely recognized benchmark for measuring customer satisfaction. KB Kookmin Bank has consistently ranked first in the commercial banking sector since the survey's inception, demonstrating its unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.

These include the introduction of new physical branches such as the "Six O'Clock Bank" and "Lunchtime Intensive Consultation" services, as well as the expansion of digital banking through the "KB Star Banking" platform. Additionally, the bank has implemented a Net Promoter Score (NPS) management system to gain valuable insights into customer experiences and make data-driven improvements.
