Southern Branch Office operates an interactive PR booth during the festival period—strengthening communication with residents through 'OX quizzes and events'

The South Chungcheong Province Southern Branch Office announced on the 30th that it will operate an interactive PR booth at the site of the '44th Geumsan World Ginseng Festival' from October 2 to 11 to strengthen communication with residents and promote core projects.

This promotional booth operation was planned based on the provincial administrative slogan, "Communicating Chungcheongnam-do, Together with Residents," with the goal of introducing the Southern Branch Office to festival visitors while conveying information about its administrative services.

The main promotional contents include the operations and functions of the Southern Branch Office's three divisions: the $triangle$ Civil Affairs Support Division (establishing a civil petition and communication channel for the southern region), the $triangle$ National Defense Cooperation Division (supporting the cultivation of national defense small- and medium-sized/venture enterprises), and the $triangle$ Ginseng and Medicinal Herb Globalization Division (supporting the globalization of ginseng and the attraction of the Geumsan Expo).

Alongside these, promotional materials related to major festivals within the province, as well as Nonsan City and Gyeryong City, will also be provided.

Inside the booth, intuitive vision dartboards and promotional X-banners will be set up. An event titled "Get to Know the Southern Branch Office OX Quiz"—which breaks down the branch's key policies into easily understandable terms—will be held to capture the attention and footsteps of festival visitors.

Myeong No-cheong, Head of the Southern Branch Office, stated, "Even at the World Ginseng Festival site, we will continue to listen to residents' voices on the ground and actively pursue administration that is always 'communicating' (tong) with residents for the development of the southern region."
