Air New Zealand and Singapore Airlines Celebrate a Decade of Partnership, Enhancing Global Connectivity

Air New Zealand and Singapore Airlines have announced the celebration of their 10-year successful partnership, which has significantly strengthened air connectivity between New Zealand and the world. Since initiating their strategic alliance in 2015, the two airlines have transported over 5.5 million passengers between New Zealand, Singapore, and various other destinations, marking a remarkable achievement.
A Decade of Strong Partnership: Bridging New Zealand with the World
Through this partnership, both airlines currently provide seamless connections to 55 destinations worldwide, including major cities in Southeast Asia, India, Europe, and the United Kingdom. Notably, the most popular destinations for New Zealand travelers are the UK, India, and Thailand, while India, the UK, and Germany are the top countries visiting New Zealand.
Increased Flights, Maximized Customer Convenience
The two airlines jointly operate up to 38 flights between New Zealand and Singapore. Specifically, up to four daily flights operate between Auckland and Changi Airport, including one Air New Zealand Boeing 777 flight and three Singapore Airlines Airbus A350 and Boeing 777 flights. Additionally, during the Southern Hemisphere summer, Singapore Airlines operates 10 weekly Airbus A350 flights between Singapore and Christchurch, offering customers more diverse options.
