DODOMA – AI Mansour Auto EA Tanzania, the official dealer and distributor of Isuzu vehicles in Tanzania, has launched a three-day exhibition in Dodoma showcasing the latest advancements in transport technology. The event, running until February 14th, aims to modernize the transportation sector and introduce innovative solutions to key stakeholders.
Anurup Chatterjee, General Manager of Al Mansour Auto EA Tanzania, inaugurated the exhibition, emphasizing its role as a platform to educate clients and government entities about Isuzu’s latest products and cutting-edge technologies. “This exhibition showcases a diverse range of Isuzu transport solutions designed to improve service delivery across Tanzania, particularly for government agencies and individual use,” stated Mr. Chatterjee.
The exhibition features a variety of Isuzu commercial vehicles, including trucks, buses, pickups, and SUVs, highlighting their durability and reliability across sectors such as public infrastructure, security, agriculture, health, and education. Mr. Chatterjee specifically mentioned the Isuzu D-MAX pickups (Single and Double Cab) as ideal for government agencies, rural programs, and off-road applications, and the seven-seater Isuzu mu-X SUV as a robust option for both official and personal use.
Sandra Njagi, Export Manager for Isuzu East Africa, expressed gratitude to the Tanzanian government for its support of Isuzu vehicles, particularly larger models. She stressed the importance of extending this support to smaller vehicles tailored to the Tanzanian market, including those suitable for rural roads and cost-effective operation. “We are very pleased with our strong partnership with the Tanzanian government,” said Ms. Njagi. “By holding this exhibition in Dodoma, we aim to improve accessibility for clients, especially government authorities, and demonstrate the exceptional performance of our smaller vehicles.”
Catherine Mwera, Senior Sales Administrator of Al Mansour Auto EA Tanzania, highlighted the company’s significant growth since its establishment in July 2020, noting its position as a leading Isuzu distributor to both government and private sector clients. “Our decision to host this exhibition in Dodoma, the capital city, reflects our strong relationships with key government clients, including TANAPA, JKT, TANESCO, TFS, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Office of the President of Zanzibar, and various private businesses,” explained Ms. Mwera.
The exhibition underscores Al Mansour Auto EA Tanzania’s commitment to improving Tanzania’s transportation infrastructure and reinforces the vital role of reliable and innovative vehicles in driving economic development.
