Seoul, South Korea - As Big Bang members make their much-anticipated comeback, fans and real estate enthusiasts are equally intrigued by the lavish lifestyle of its members, particularly Taeyang. The K-pop star and his actress wife, Min Hyorin, have been residing in one of Seoul's most exclusive residential complexes, the "Park Hannam."
Located in the upscale Hannam-dong neighborhood, Park Hannam is a luxury apartment complex completed in 2020. The complex boasts stunning panoramic views of the Han River, making it a sought-after address for celebrities and affluent individuals. Taeyang and Min Hyorin reportedly purchased a 96-pyeong (approximately 317 square meters) duplex penthouse in the complex for over 100 billion won.
The apartment features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and high-end interior design. The building itself offers a range of amenities, including an underground parking garage, a golf driving range, a fitness center, a wine bar, a cinema, and a chauffeur's lounge.
Park Hannam's popularity among celebrities and the wealthy is attributed to its prime location, offering both privacy and easy access to the city's major business districts. The complex's steep hillside location and single entrance provide a high level of security, ensuring a peaceful and exclusive living environment.
The neighborhood's proximity to the Han River Bridge offers convenient access to both Gangnam and the northern part of Seoul. Additionally, the complex is well-connected to public transportation, with Oksu Station and Hannam Station nearby.
Taeyang's real estate investment is not an isolated case among Big Bang members. Fellow member Daesung is also known for his astute real estate investments. He purchased a building in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam district, seven years ago for 31 billion won, which is now estimated to be worth over 96 billion won.
G-Dragon, another member of Big Bang, has also invested in high-end properties such as the Galleria Foret and Nine One Hannam, amassing an estimated 20 billion won in real estate gains.
The luxurious lifestyles of Big Bang members continue to captivate the public, highlighting the intersection of K-pop stardom and South Korea's affluent real estate market.
