Rafael Araneda and Karen Doggenweiler to host the 2025 Viña del Mar Festival

The mayor of Viña del Mar, Macarena Ripamonti, along with Mega executives, presented the hosts of the 2025 Viña del Mar Festival, Rafael Araneda and Karen Doggenweiler, at a press conference this Thursday. The festival will begin this Sunday, February 23rd.
Araneda, who will be hosting the festival for the ninth time, said he was "very excited, very happy, very grateful." He thanked Mega for the opportunity to "share this experience for the ninth year in my life, with you, with the public, with Karen. It is something that revitalizes me. I feel it as a beautiful affection to my heart, to my life, I appreciate the trust."
Doggenweiler, meanwhile, valued this opportunity to lead the great event: "We are happy and grateful. I have felt tremendously loved and I am very happy to kick off the festival."
"We are fortunate to be the link between a wonderful, different, alive audience that attracts attention throughout the world and what happens on stage with a tremendous lineup of artists," he added.
The Viña del Mar Festival 2025 begins on Sunday, February 23 and runs until Friday, February 28.
