Daehan Cable Donates Power Cables to LA for Wildfire Recovery

SEOUL, South Korea – Daehan Cable announced on February 10th that it has donated $100,000 (approximately 150 million KRW) worth of power cables to the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) to help restore the power infrastructure in Los Angeles, California, which was severely damaged by recent large-scale wildfires.
The wildfires caused significant damage to the power infrastructure in the LA area. Daehan Cable plans to provide emergency support with the necessary power cables and other materials for the infrastructure recovery. The company also plans to work closely with local power companies to provide technical support.
LADWP is the largest public power agency in the United States, responsible for supplying electricity and water to the Los Angeles area. Daehan Cable has supplied more than 100 billion KRW worth of products to the western United States in the past five years alone.
This donation from Daehan Cable is expected to play a crucial role in the swift recovery of the power infrastructure in Los Angeles and help the affected communities return to normalcy. The company's commitment to providing both material and technical support highlights its dedication to assisting in the recovery efforts.
