[Global Economic Times] On the 16th, Nam-gu, Ulsan, along with 20 small and medium-sized companies, departed for Guangzhou, China for 4 nights and 5 days to develop overseas sales channels.
This support for the development of overseas sales channels for small and medium-sized enterprises will begin with the visit to the Canton Fair, the largest and oldest global trade fair in China with a 70-year history, and will conclude a friendship agreement with Guangzhou Huangpu District in various fields such as economy, culture, and tourism.
In addition, we plan to hold meetings with the Investment Promotion Bureau and corporate investment attraction briefings, as well as visit Shenzhen Grand Workshop, a start-up support organization, and Huachangbei, which has developed into a parts sourcing platform.
Nam-gu District Mayor Seo Dong-wook said, “This visit to Guangzhou, China is expected to provide local companies struggling due to the global economic downturn and shrinking domestic market with an opportunity to enter overseas markets, thereby injecting new vitality into the local economy.” “We will continue to prepare various policies to help small and medium-sized businesses successfully enter overseas markets,” he said.
