Seoul, South Korea – Hyundai Motor Company has announced the expansion of its comprehensive EV Every Care program, aimed at providing enhanced benefits and guarantees for electric vehicle (EV) owners. The program, first introduced in February 2022, has been further strengthened to alleviate customer concerns and promote a more satisfying EV ownership experience.
The 2025 EV Every Care program offers a range of benefits including:
Enhanced Blue Care Check: Customers will now receive 10 free vehicle inspections over 10 years, up from 8 inspections over 8 years.
Expanded Fire Protection Program: In the event of an EV fire, Hyundai will provide up to 10 billion won (approximately US$7.5 million) in compensation to cover any damages not covered by the customer's auto insurance.
Emergency Charging Insurance: EV owners will receive two annual emergency charging credits of 15 kWh.
Expanded Residual Value Guarantee: The residual value guarantee service, previously available only to individual customers, has been extended to include business owners.
In addition to these new benefits, Hyundai will continue to offer existing perks such as EV charging credits, new vehicle replacement support, and extended warranty services.
To further incentivize EV adoption, Hyundai is launching a "2025 EV Early Bird Event" for customers who purchase an electric vehicle in February, offering popular home appliances and car care kits. The company is also introducing new financial products to make EVs more affordable.
"With the 2025 EV Every Care program, we aim to address the concerns of potential EV buyers and provide peace of mind throughout the entire ownership experience," said a Hyundai spokesperson. "By listening to our customers and offering tailored EV services, we are committed to driving the adoption of electric vehicles."
Hyundai's expanded EV Every Care program is a significant step towards making electric vehicles a more attractive option for consumers. By providing comprehensive support and addressing potential concerns, the company is helping to build customer confidence and accelerate the transition to sustainable mobility.
