Seoul Youth Orchestra to Present "Green Harmony Concert Waltz" at Carnegie Hall

NEW YORK, NY – The Seoul Youth Orchestra will present its "Green Harmony Concert Waltz" at Carnegie Hall's Stern Auditorium on January 17th. This unique concert will combine music with environmental themes, raising awareness of the climate crisis and pollution.
Led by Music Director Jeong Hong-sik, the orchestra will feature violinist Ellie Choi, the 3rd prize winner of the 2024 Queen Elisabeth Competition. The concert will incorporate a diverse range of musical pieces, from classical works celebrating nature to film scores and anime soundtracks, all while providing commentary on the environmental issues at hand.
