Chungcheongnam-do Establishes Bridge for Exchange and Cooperation with China

On the 27th, Chungcheongnam-do appointed Chairman Chuihwan of the Korea-China Cultural Friendship Association as the Chinese Trade Advisor at the provincial government office reception room.
This appointment of the Chinese Trade Advisor is a strategic measure to expand the province's global economic network and further solidify cooperative relations with China as the relationship between Korea and China shifts towards a thawing trend.
Chinese Trade Advisor Chuihwan has been serving as the Chairman of the Korea-China Cultural Friendship Association since 2007 and has been recognized for leading exchanges in various fields, including culture and arts, between Korea and China.
In the future, as a trade advisor, he will lead active exchanges between the province and China by:
Supporting brokerage and mediation for small and medium-sized enterprises in the province
Supporting international exchanges and cooperation in public diplomacy, culture, and arts
Promoting the activation of public diplomacy
The appointment ceremony was held in the order of appointing the trade advisor and a reception, with Governor Kim Tae-heum, Chinese Trade Advisor Chuihwan, and executives from the Korea-China Cultural Friendship Association in attendance.
At the reception, they explored specific cooperative measures to expand exchanges between the province and China, and exchanged opinions on various topics, including the Chinese economic situation and the entry of provincial companies into the Chinese market.
