Seoul, South Korea – Legendary South Korean singer Lee Moon-se has announced that he will release his 17th studio album next year, showcasing his unwavering passion for music even after four decades in the industry.

At a press conference held on Wednesday, Lee expressed his unwavering commitment to music, stating, "I believe there's no retirement for artists. I think it's an artist's destiny to pick up the microphone for even just one person who applauds."

During the event, Lee unveiled two new tracks, "Love Even in Parting" and "My Blues," which will be released on various music platforms on the same day. These songs offer a glimpse into his upcoming album, the follow-up to his 2018 release "Between Us."

"Love Even in Parting" is a poignant ballad that explores the complex emotions surrounding loss, while "My Blues" is a more personal reflection on life and career. Lee, who wrote both the lyrics and music for "My Blues," shared that he wanted to convey a message of hope and encouragement to younger generations.

"It's not easy to live well," Lee said. "I wanted to give young people courage and comfort as a senior in life."

Lee has been actively involved in various projects throughout his career, including concerts, radio shows, and even farming. He credits his ability to balance work and leisure as the key to his longevity in the music industry.

"When I relax, I farm and exercise. When I'm working on an album or performing, I'm fully focused on my music. I think it's important for musicians to live a simple life," he said.

With his upcoming album and ongoing projects, Lee Moon-se continues to inspire and entertain audiences of all ages. His dedication to his craft and his commitment to his fans have cemented his status as one of South Korea's most beloved and enduring musicians.
