South Korea’s top business groups, including Samsung, LG, SK, and Hyundai Motor, are spearheading a massive recruitment drive to bolster youth employment. The "2026 Korea Win-Win Job Fair" is set to open its doors for a two-day run starting April 28 at the aT Center in Yangjae, Seoul.

Hosted by the Federation of Korean Industries (FKI) in collaboration with the government and major economic organizations, this event marks one of the largest recruitment initiatives in recent years. A total of 170 companies—ranging from domestic titans and mid-sized firms to innovative startups and global corporations—will establish on-site counseling booths. When accounting for the extended online platform, the scale expands to approximately 700 participating companies.

Key Highlights of the Event
Joint Participation: 15 major groups, including Lotte, POSCO, Hanwha, HD Hyundai, GS, Shinsegae, Hanjin, CJ, LS, Poongsan, and Youngone Outdoor, are co-hosting the event.
Strategic Sessions: Companies like Com2uS and Inspire Integrated Resort will hold public briefing sessions to share specific hiring criteria and application strategies.
Specialized Programs:

Samsung Electronics and Hyundai Engineering & Construction will operate "K-Digital Training" booths focused on nurturing talent in digital and emerging technologies.
Samsung C&T, POSCO, and Hanssem will manage promotion centers dedicated to "Win-Win Programs" between large and small enterprises.

On-Site Support and Practical Hiring
Beyond simple counseling, the fair serves as a practical hiring ground. Ten small and mid-sized enterprises (including three based outside the Seoul metropolitan area) will conduct first-round interviews for pre-screened candidates. To assist job seekers, the organizers are providing professional support services, including formal attire rentals and hair/makeup styling.

A representative from Kolmar Korea, which is actively recruiting for R&D and finance roles, stated, "We are looking for talented graduates across various sectors and hope this fair facilitates meaningful connections with high-potential candidates."

Extended Online Access
For those unable to attend in person, the FKI announced that the recruitment drive will continue digitally. Through the hiring platform Saramin, the online version of the job fair will remain active until July 31, 2026, featuring vacancies from over 700 companies.
