Cheonan, South Korea – The Cheonan City Tour bus service will resume operations on March 8 after a winter break. The tour has been revamped with new routes and attractions, offering visitors a more diverse and enriching experience of Cheonan.

The Cheonan City Tour will operate four days a week, every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday, from March to November. This year's tour features new additions to its itinerary, including the Yugwan Sun Memorial Hall, the Independence Hall of Korea, and Gakwonsa Temple, as well as the popular "Toujours Bread Dolgama Village," a famous bread pilgrimage site, and the Chungcheongnam-do Safety Experience Center, where visitors can participate in disaster and emergency response simulations.

The tour offers different routes on weekdays and weekends:

Weekday Routes:

"Welcome to Cheonan" (Tuesdays): Gakwonsa Temple, Cheonan History Museum, Jungang Market, Yugwan Sun Memorial Hall, and a walnut-shaped bread making experience.
"Let's Play Heungtaryeong" (Thursdays): Woojung Museum, Aunae Market, Dongnyeong Lee Memorial Hall and House, and Taehaksan Healing Forest.
Weekend Routes:

"Time Travel" (Saturdays): Toujours Bread Dolgama Village, Aunae Market, Hongdaeyong Science Museum, and the Independence Hall of Korea.
"Five Senses Cheonan" (Sundays): Taejosan Park, Yuryang Food Culture Street, Chungcheongnam-do Safety Experience Center, and a walnut-shaped bread making experience.
Booking the Cheonan City Tour has also become easier with the introduction of an online payment system. Reservations can be made on the Cheonan City Culture and Tourism website (https://www.cheonan.go.kr/tour.do) or by phone through the Cheonan Station Tourist Information Center (041-521-2038) and the Cheonan Terminal Tourist Information Center (041-569-0041).

"As we operate the tour directly, we are committed to providing the best possible experience for our visitors," said Lee Gye-ja, head of the Tourism Department. "We hope that visitors will enjoy the unique experiences and high-quality cultural tourism commentary offered by the Cheonan City Tour."

Last year, the Cheonan City Tour received high satisfaction ratings from its users, with 94% satisfaction and 98% recommendation rate.
