Canfly Expands B2B Airline Ticket Market with Diverse Partnerships and Features

Canfly, a leading B2B airline ticketing platform, has been actively expanding its supply chain and differentiating itself in the competitive market by offering a wide range of schedules and fares. Since its launch, Canfly has been providing access to multiple GDSs, including Asiana Sabre and Galileo, as well as wholesale travel agencies like HanaTour and Norangfengsun.

In early October, Canfly completed the development of a direct API connection with AirAsia, enabling real-time booking and ticketing for the airline's global network. Additionally, in late October, Canfly introduced an internal inventory system to offer various special fares, including charter flights and block seats, for the upcoming winter season.

Partnership with AirAsia

Canfly's partnership with AirAsia allows for bookings and ticketing on all of AirAsia's global routes. In particular, AirAsia's multi-city itineraries offer travelers the opportunity to visit various destinations at affordable prices. Customers can now easily check AirAsia's major multi-city routes on the Canfly website.

AirAsia is a low-cost carrier with six affiliated airlines. Thai AirAsia, Indonesia AirAsia, Philippines AirAsia, and Cambodia AirAsia operate in their respective regions, while the long-haul brands AirAsia X and Thai AirAsia X offer extensive long-haul routes. The airline's extensive network allows for competitive pricing.

Recently, AirAsia X (D7) launched a new route from Kuala Lumpur to Nairobi, Africa, expanding its international network. With convenient connections between Incheon and Kuala Lumpur, the multi-city service is expected to become increasingly popular. To celebrate the new route, AirAsia is offering a 20% discount on tickets.

Diverse Special Fares Including Hard Blocks

From December to February 2025, Canfly is offering special fares to various destinations, including Nha Trang, Da Nang, and Phu Quoc in Vietnam; Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang) in Thailand; Kalibo (Boracay) in the Philippines; Kota Kinabalu in Malaysia; Dubai in the United Arab Emirates; Cairo in Egypt; and Barcelona in Spain. As of November 4th, roundtrip flights from Incheon to Nha Trang on Jeju Air can be purchased for as low as 537,000 won, and roundtrip flights from Incheon to Barcelona on T'way Air can be purchased for 675,000 won. To incentivize sales, Canfly is offering a 5,000 won commission per ticket to travel agencies that complete bookings.

Canfly's inventory system also allows small and medium-sized travel agencies and land operators to distribute their block seats. Airlines can now register their block seats on Tourbe2B and sell them through Canfly. Travel agencies, GSAs, and PSAs can also sell their inventory through Canfly. Canfly agents can also register and sell their block seats directly on the Canfly website.

The system provides real-time sales data and is user-friendly. Agents can manage schedules, fare rules, and seat inventory through the supply seat management menu. The sales management menu allows for checking booking status, managing reservations, and tracking sales performance.

"By providing an inventory system for small and medium-sized travel agencies and land operators who have previously had difficulty selling block seats, we have differentiated Canfly's supply chain," said Young-ho Park, CMO of Tourbe2B.
