BBH Singapore Unveils Global Campaign Highlighting Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra + Google Gemini's Everyday Problem-Solving Capabilities

Global advertising agency BBH Singapore, in collaboration with Samsung Electronics, has launched a new global campaign showcasing an innovative user experience powered by artificial intelligence (AI). This campaign emphasizes how the powerful AI features of Google Gemini, integrated into the Galaxy S25 Ultra, can effortlessly resolve various challenges encountered in daily life, aiming to resonate with consumers on a practical level.

This campaign is a continuation of the Galaxy S25 Ultra global launch campaign led by BBH Singapore in January. The newly released three-part video series presents relatable everyday scenarios, such as cooking mistakes, laundry problems, and exam preparation, effectively demonstrating how the Galaxy S25 Ultra's AI capabilities provide solutions. In particular, the conversational intelligence of the Galaxy S25, enabled by Gemini Live, naturally portrays the process of users communicating with the AI like a personal assistant, acquiring new information, and resolving issues.

Through this social media-centric campaign, Samsung Electronics and BBH Singapore aim to directly reach the Gen Z consumer demographic, who seek to make daily life more convenient through new methods and technologies. The fact that the hashtag '#LifeHack' has been shared over 10.6 million times on TikTok and that over 40% of US Gen Z recognizes AI as a primary tool for solving everyday problems supports this trend.

The global campaign is scheduled to be released to consumers worldwide through various channels, including TV, cinemas, social media, and online platforms, starting in May.

Sascha Kuntze, Chief Creative Officer of BBH Singapore, emphasized the campaign's core message, stating, "This campaign is about what people truly want – practical solutions that make their lives easier and more convenient. Rather than abstractly packaging AI as a future technology, we focused on showing how the Galaxy S25 Ultra enables everyday discoveries and becomes the ultimate companion in understanding and solving things."

This campaign goes beyond simply listing product features, broadening consumer empathy by presenting concrete scenarios of how AI technology can bring positive changes to users' daily lives. For example, it shows a novice cook easily understanding and following complex recipes with the Galaxy S25 Ultra's AI features, someone flustered by unfamiliar laundry instructions receiving guidance on appropriate wash cycles and precautions from AI, and a student enhancing their understanding of difficult concepts by naturally conversing with AI during exam preparation. These examples illustrate that AI is no longer a distant future technology but an entity deeply integrated into our daily lives, providing practical assistance.

In particular, the integration of Google's cutting-edge AI model, Gemini Live, into the Galaxy S25 Ultra is a key differentiator of this campaign. Gemini Live understands and responds to users' voice commands and questions in real-time, comprehensively analyzing various forms of information such as text, images, and audio to provide customized solutions. This powerful AI capability transforms the Galaxy S25 Ultra from a mere smartphone into an active assistant in various areas of a user's life, including learning, problem-solving, and daily management.

To effectively convey the campaign's message, BBH Singapore is actively utilizing social media platforms favored by Gen Z. Short and engaging video content visually demonstrates the Galaxy S25 Ultra's AI features, and trendy hashtags like '#LifeHack' are used to encourage user participation and sharing. Furthermore, various online strategies, such as influencer marketing, are being employed to maximize the campaign's viral effect.

This collaboration between the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra and Google Gemini is an example of the growing importance of AI technology in the smartphone market. Beyond mere hardware specification competition, innovation in AI-based software and services that provide practical value to users is expected to become the core competitive edge in the future smartphone market. Samsung Electronics aims to position the Galaxy S25 Ultra as a leader in AI smartphones and further strengthen its brand image, particularly among younger consumers, through this campaign.

As Sascha Kuntze of BBH Singapore stated, this campaign clearly demonstrates how AI can contribute to resolving the everyday difficulties users face and improving their quality of life, rather than focusing solely on future-oriented technology. Consumer anticipation for the synergy created by the meeting of the Galaxy S25 Ultra and Google Gemini is high, and attention is focused on how this campaign will impact Samsung Electronics' global market strategy.
