ASUNCIÓN, Paraguay – The Paraguay-Germany Cultural Institute (ICPA - GZ) is expanding its offerings with the introduction of ongoing ceramics, drawing, and painting courses, set to commence this April. This initiative aims to foster artistic expression and provide valuable educational opportunities within the local community.

Aspiring artists and seasoned creatives alike can now enroll in two distinct programs. The Drawing and Painting Course, guided by the esteemed local artist Gabriel Brizuela Santomé, offers a flexible curriculum where students can explore a wide array of techniques, including pencil, pastels, watercolor, oil pastels, ink, and mixed media. Participants will also have the liberty to choose their preferred subject matter, allowing for personalized artistic development. Classes are conveniently scheduled on Tuesdays (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM) and Saturdays (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM), with a monthly fee of 300,000 Guaraníes.

For those interested in the tactile art of shaping clay, the Ceramics Course, led by Jazmín Brizuela García, welcomes individuals of all skill levels. Beginners will gain foundational knowledge in pottery techniques, while experienced participants can delve into more advanced studies and experimental projects. The ceramics sessions will take place every Saturday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with a monthly tuition of 380,000 Guaraníes, which includes the cost of materials.

Both enriching courses will be held at the Paraguay-Germany Cultural Institute - Goethe-Zentrum, located at Juan de Salazar 310 esquina Artigas in Asunción. Interested individuals are encouraged to register and obtain further details by contacting WhatsApp at 0983 307 150 or by calling +595 (21) 22 44 55.

The Paraguay-Germany Cultural Institute underscores the vital role of cultural and artistic education in personal growth and community enrichment. These new courses are designed to encourage creative expression and provide a platform for individuals to explore their artistic talents. The institute believes that engaging with diverse materials and techniques in the art courses, and the unique experience of creating with clay in the ceramics course, will offer participants significant and rewarding experiences.

"We are thrilled to open these two courses to anyone with a passion for art," stated a representative from the Paraguay-Germany Cultural Institute. "Our goal is to provide professional guidance that will help individuals enhance their artistic abilities and ultimately enrich their lives through artistic engagement."

This initiative by the Paraguay-Germany Cultural Institute is a welcome addition to the cultural landscape of Paraguay, promising to inspire creativity and foster a deeper appreciation for the arts within the community.
