Bucheon City is hosting the “5060 On-the-Road Financial Special Lecture—Lifetime Salary Project” on October 15 at the grand auditorium on the 5th floor of Ojeong-gu Office, aiming to support stable retirement income preparation for middle-aged and older citizens.

This special lecture is designed to provide easy-to-understand guidance on housing pensions and national pensions—essential for retirement preparation—and to help citizens establish retirement income plans tailored to their personal financial situations. In particular, holding the lecture at Ojeong-gu Office, located right within the citizens' daily living sphere, is expected to enhance participation convenience.

The lecture will run from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM, targeting 80 Bucheon citizens, including middle-aged adults aged 50 to 64. Expert instructors from the Korea Housing Finance Corporation and the National Pension Service will each spend 60 minutes explaining the key details and practical application methods of housing pensions and national pensions, respectively. A Q&A session will also be held to address participants' questions.

Registration opens on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 10:00 AM on September 28 via an online application form (Google Forms). Citizens who find online registration difficult can visit the Bucheon City Middle-Aged Retirement Preparation Support Center to apply in person. Following the Ojeong-gu session, the city plans to hold a second “Lifetime Salary Project” lecture at the Sosahol auditorium of Sosa-gu Office on December 8.

Through this special lecture, the city plans to strengthen its cooperative framework with the Korea Housing Finance Corporation and the National Pension Service, while continuing follow-up support—such as professional counseling connections—to help citizens accurately understand pension systems and formulate retirement income plans suited to their individual circumstances.
