The Korean Council for University Education collected opinions from universities and offices of education and finalized and announced the “Basic Information for University Admissions for the 2027 School Year” through deliberation and resolution by the University Admission Screening Committee.

The University Admissions Screening Committee reflected the revisions to laws and regulations related to university admissions as follows.

In accordance with the ‘Measure to Corruption in College of Music and Other Entrance Examinations (June 2024)’ announced by the Ministry of Education, measures to strengthen fairness in the evaluation of arts and physical skills practical exams in the college admissions process have been specified.

The 2027 college admissions schedule was set by comprehensively considering opinions from universities and high schools to ensure fair evaluation and stable operation of the admissions process.

Detailed information on the basics of college admissions for the 2027 academic year will be posted on the Korea University Education Association website and the college admissions information portal site, and will be provided through the distribution of booklets in the future.
