GS E&C will sell ‘Pyeongchon Xi Firstini (Newtown Mansion Samho Apartment District Reconstruction)’ in November at 354-10 Bisan 3-dong, Dongan-gu, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi-do.

Pyeongchon Xi Firstini is arranged in two complexes, with a total of 2,737 households in 26 buildings from 3 underground floors to 33 above-ground floors. Of the exclusive area of 53~133㎡, 570 households with 53~109㎡ are available for general sale. Among them, 59㎡ for exclusive use is the most with 224 households, and 77㎡ is sold for 163 households.

The complex has excellent lighting and ventilation due to its south-facing layout and plank-oriented design, and the glass railing design maximizes the sense of openness to the outside. The entire building was designed with a piloti structure to enhance privacy for low-rise households. A household warehouse is also provided.

In keeping with the scale of the large complex, the community facility ‘Club Xian’ will feature a variety of exercise facilities, including a GDR-applied golf driving range, fitness center, and table tennis court. A small library providing Kyobo Bookstore book curation services, a resident conference room, a rental studio, a reading room, a rental warehouse, a book cafe, a kids cafe, a sauna, a coin laundry, and a guest house will be created. A sky lounge is also provided.

There is a plan to build a new Anyang Stadium Station (tentative name) on the Wolgot-Pangyo double-track subway (Wolpan Line) at the Sports Complex intersection where the complex is located. Once the station is installed, it will be located near the station.

There is a variety of living infrastructure available around the complex. Large shopping facilities such as Ho Plus Pyeongchon Branch, E-Mart Anyang Branch, Lotte Department Store Pyeongchon Branch, and New Core Outlet Pyeongchon Branch, movie theaters, and Hallym University Sacred Heart Hospital are also nearby. The expected move-in date is December 2027.
