The 3rd World Forest Therapy Forum Successful Hosting Support Art Foret Co., Ltd. Donation Ceremony Held — Accelerating the Cultivation of Chungbuk's Representative International Conference Through Private Cooperation

The Chungbuk Cultural Foundation (CEO Kim Kyung-shik) held the 「Donation Ceremony to Support the Successful Hosting of the 3rd World Forest Therapy Forum」 with Art Foret Co. Ltd. (Chairman Song Ki-ho) at the Culture Eum Lounge of the Chungbuk Cultural Foundation on the 16th.

This delivery ceremony was arranged as part of private cooperation to support the successful hosting and stable operation of the 3rd World Forest Therapy Forum (WFoFT 2026). Art Foret Co., Ltd. delivered a total of 70 million won in sponsorship funds for the successful hosting of the forum, adding strength to Chungbuk's promotion of international conferences based on forest healing and wellness.

The Chungbuk Cultural Foundation was selected for the 「Global K-Convention Incubation Project」 promoted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Tourism Organization this year, laying the foundation to foster the 3rd World Forest Therapy Forum as a representative international conference of Chungbuk. Through this private sponsorship, a total forum financial resource scale of 270 million won—combining government subsidies and private sponsorship—was secured early, and plans are underway to further accelerate international conference competitiveness and revitalize the regional MICE industry.

The 3rd World Forest Therapy Forum is an international event involving domestic and international experts in the fields of forest healing and wellness, and will be held from October 26 to 27 at Cheongju OSCO and the Art Foret area in Jincheon. This year's forum aims to leap forward as Asia's representative nature-based healing international conference, and plans to present various programs linking forest healing, wellness, and tourism.

Following the establishment of a cooperative system for fostering global K-conventions with the Chungbuk Cultural Foundation and the World Forest Therapy Forum in May, Art Foret Co., Ltd. is continuing its role in private cooperation for the successful hosting and continuous development of the forum through this sponsorship.

Chungbuk Cultural Foundation CEO Kim Kyung-shik said, "Public-private cooperation is most important for the World Forest Therapy Forum to grow into a global international conference representing Chungbuk," and added, "Art Foret Co., Ltd.'s sponsorship will serve as a solid foundation to promote Chungbuk's strengths of forest healing and wellness to the world and enhance the competitiveness of the regional MICE industry."

Art Foret Co., Ltd. Chairman Song Ki-ho said, "We will continue our ongoing interest and cooperation so that the World Forest Therapy Forum can establish itself as a world-class wellness international conference beyond Chungbuk," and added, "We hope that the combination of the region's excellent natural resources and international exchange will create a new growth engine."

Meanwhile, the Chungbuk Cultural Foundation is striving to secure Chungbuk-style MICE competitiveness by promoting various projects such as building domestic and international networks, strengthening promotion and marketing, and linking local tourism resources for the successful hosting of the 3rd World Forest Therapy Forum.
