KOSPI-listed NICE [034310] announced on the 23rd that it will additionally acquire 51,794 shares of NICE Property, a subsidiary specializing in real estate leasing and institutional cafeteria services, for approximately 51.4 billion won. Following the share acquisition, its ownership stake will become 71.4%. The scheduled date for the share acquisition is December 1st of this year.

NICE stated that the purpose of this share acquisition is to "consolidate investment functions within the group into a single entity to enhance the consistency of investment strategies and the promptness of decision-making."
