On-site interviews and AI experience support

Cheonan City announced that it will hold the ‘Women’s Job Festival’ at the Cheonan Women’s Human Resources Development Center on the 16th.

This event is designed to provide practical job opportunities for female job seekers wishing to find employment or start a business, as well as customized support ranging from career exploration and job preparation to the prevention of career interruptions.

The venue will be organized into six themed zones: a Recruitment Zone, a Job Counseling Zone, an AI Experience Zone, a Startup Zone, a Work-Family Balance Zone, and a Job Preparation Zone.

At the Recruitment Zone, on-site interviews and job counseling will take place for various fields, including clerical and administrative roles, care and social services, and manufacturing. Participants who bring their resumes can undergo interviews directly on-site.

The Job Counseling Zone and the AI Experience Zone will offer counseling on promising occupations, such as AI content creators, ESG environmental activity specialists, and park golf instructors, alongside AI-based vocational diagnoses and practical work experiences.

The Job Preparation Zone will support job seekers with personal color analysis, DISC behavioral assessments, resume photo shooting, and application form consulting, while the Startup Zone and Work-Family Balance Zone will provide customized startup consulting and labor, childcare, and family counseling.

Job seekers wishing to participate in the event can fill out job application forms in advance or submit them via email, and pre-registration by phone is available for resume and cover letter consulting. Pre-registration is also available for hiring companies wishing to participate in on-site interviews.

Park Kyung-mi, Head of the Women and Family Division, stated, “We hope this event serves as an opportunity for job-seeking women to secure practical employment opportunities and explore future promising occupations,” adding, “We will actively support preventing women's career interruptions and strengthening their job capabilities to match the changing industrial environment.”
