Hawaii Travel: Now's Your Chance! Hawaiian Airlines & Alaska Airlines Launch 25% Discount Fare

Suddenly, news of a 25% flight discount is exciting travelers. Hawaiian Airlines and Alaska Airlines have launched an extraordinary discount promotion for late summer and autumn travel. While there might be some hidden details many could miss, this discount appears to be the best opportunity for those planning a trip to Hawaii in the latter half of this year.

25% Discount Code 'GETAWAY25' – Applicable to Both Airlines

The key to this discount is the code 'GETAWAY25'. This code applies to all eligible flights booked through the Hawaiian Airlines and Alaska Airlines websites, particularly valid for routes between the U.S. mainland and Hawaii. Technically, it might also apply to other destinations like Florida or Mexico, but the primary focus of this promotion is undoubtedly Hawaii routes.

The 25% discount is applied only to the base fare, excluding taxes and fees. Since it doesn't apply to all fare types, it's wise to check prices both with and without the discount code to choose the cheaper option. In some cases, especially for certain low-cost economy fares, it might even be cheaper not to apply the discount code.

Valid Monday to Thursday, Mid-August to Mid-November

Travel with the discounted tickets is available for flights from Monday to Thursday. The travel period is from August 12 to November 19, 2025, allowing you to enjoy Hawaii's pleasant weather and relatively less crowded travel environment during this time. Tickets must be purchased by 11:59 PM PST on May 22, 2025, at the latest.

Blackout dates and minimum/maximum stay durations may vary depending on individual fare rules, so it's crucial to check the detailed regulations of each airline when booking.

Excluded Fares and Important Notes

This discount does not apply to First Class tickets, mileage redemption award tickets, and many already discounted economy fares. Also, keep in mind that the discount benefit will be forfeited if the ticket is canceled or changed.

Only one discount code can be applied per reservation, and the discount can be extended to a maximum of seven accompanying travelers. The discount code must be entered before the payment step during booking. Please note that it does not apply to codeshare flights, package deals, or already purchased tickets.

Best Opportunity for Flexible Travelers…Quick Booking is Key

This discount promotion is an unparalleled opportunity for travelers who have flexibility with their travel days and can book quickly. Autumn is often considered the best time to visit Hawaii, with fewer crowds and generally lower prices. With an additional 25% discount, rarely seen lowest fares are now popping up.

However, discounted ticket seats are limited, and availability may vary by route. Therefore, for popular routes, seats are likely to sell out even before the May 22 deadline. If you're planning a trip to Hawaii, it's wise to book as soon as possible without hesitation. Why not take this chance to make your dream Hawaiian vacation a reality?
