ASUNCIÓN, Paraguay – The Paraguayan Creative Circle has announced the launch of the 'Young Lions' Paraguay competition, a prestigious event for young professionals from Cannes Lions. Celebrating its 30th year, this event offers young creative talents in Paraguay a unique opportunity to showcase their skills on an international stage.

The event is organized in partnership with Filmguez, the Paraguayan representative of Cannes Lions, and sponsored by Servepar. Applications are open from March 20 to April 2, 2025, with a participation fee of $100 per team. Participants must be under 31 years old (born after June 20, 1994) and work in marketing, advertising, media, or production-related companies, or be freelancers.

The winning team of 'Young Lions Paraguay' will represent Paraguay at the Cannes Lions Global Festival in Cannes, France, competing against winners from around the world. All expenses, including airfare and accommodation, will be covered by the organizers.

Publication of 'Best Practices Handbook' for Advertising Industry Ethics

The Paraguayan Creative Circle has published a 'Best Practices Handbook' to enhance professionalism and foster an ethical environment in the advertising industry. This handbook aims to prevent practices that could negatively impact industry professionals, businesses, and the entire industry. The handbook will be continuously updated to reflect changing times.

This handbook goes beyond mere regulations; it is a resource to promote responsible decision-making, workplace well-being, transparency, and creative excellence across the industry. It is not intended to replace individual responsibility but to provide clear and accessible reference material for all stakeholders in the Paraguayan advertising industry.

The Paraguayan Creative Circle aims to contribute to the development of the Paraguayan advertising industry and strengthen its international competitiveness through these two initiatives.

For more information, please visit the Paraguayan Creative Circle's Instagram account (@elcirculopy) or email info@elcirculo.org.py.

The 'Best Practices Handbook' and applications for 'Young Lions Paraguay' are available on the Paraguayan Creative Circle website (www.elcirculo.org.py).
