Bucheon City to Host Spring Blossom Festival ‘Spring Flower Trip’ (March 29 - April 6, 2025)

Bucheon City announced on the 24th that it will hold the ‘2025 Bucheon Festa (B-festa) - Spring Flower Trip’ event at the Bucheon Sports Complex area and Wonmisan Azalea Park from March 29 to April 6, 2025, to welcome the spring season.

Bucheon Festa is an event that integrates Bucheon’s diverse cultural content and sets a festival period, and it will be held seasonally with the themes of spring flowers and family in spring, adventure in summer, harmony in autumn, and romance in winter. This ‘Spring Flower Trip’ is the first event of its kind this year.

Main Events:

Flea market selling crafts by local artists
Product sales by small and medium-sized enterprises, alleyway commercial districts, and traditional markets
Food trucks offering a variety of food
‘I am a Singer’ busking where visitors can freely participate
Outdoor screening of the movie ‘Hitman 2’ on the evening of April 5th

Flea Market Zone:

Exhibition and sale of various works such as unique ceramic crafts and illustration goods by Bucheon artists
Experience programs where you can make your own works such as azalea eco bags and scrubbers

Product Sales Zone:

Sales of products such as cosmetics, massagers, and household goods prepared by local companies, alleyway markets, and traditional market merchants

Busking:

Performances of various genres such as jazz, classical music, and musicals on the circular plaza stage from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM on weekends
Visitors can freely participate and show off their talents outside of the designated performance times
Bucheon Mayor Cho Yong-ik said, “We have prepared the first event of the Bucheon Festa so that you can fully enjoy the beauty of spring flowers at Wonmisan Azalea Park,” and added, “This event will contribute to Bucheon’s leap into a city with tourism competitiveness.”

Future Plans:

April 12 - 13: Cherry blossom festival held at Dodangsan Cherry Blossom Park
April 19: Chundeoksan Peach Blossom Festival held
May 24 - June 8: ‘Bucheon Million Rose Festival’ held at Dodang Park
