SEOUL, South Korea – HS Hyosung The Class, a prominent official dealer of Mercedes-Benz in South Korea, is redefining the automotive service experience with the introduction of several customer-centric initiatives at its newly established Bangbae Service Center. The company announced today the pilot launch of a 'Luxury Delivery Truck Service for Accident Repairs' and plans for an expanded 'Mobile Service,' alongside the unveiling of an exclusive 'Taxi Service.'

The 'Luxury Delivery Truck Service' aims to alleviate the inconvenience of post-repair vehicle retrieval. Utilizing specialized luxury delivery trucks, the service will transport fully repaired Mercedes-Benz vehicles to the customer's preferred location. This premium offering will undergo a trial period until July, with HS Hyosung The Class evaluating customer feedback and satisfaction to determine its long-term implementation.

In a further commitment to customer convenience, the Bangbae Service Center is also gearing up to expand its 'Mobile Service.' Currently operational at the Sinsa Service Center, this service dispatches skilled maintenance technicians directly to customers' homes or workplaces for routine maintenance. Services offered include engine oil changes, software updates for electric vehicle systems, and comprehensive parts inspections. Once expanded to Bangbae, Mercedes-Benz owners in the Bangbae, Sadang, and Gwacheon areas will benefit from on-demand, high-quality maintenance and repair services, minimizing the need for service center visits for common tasks.

Adding another layer of premium service, the Bangbae Service Center introduced its exclusive 'Taxi Service.' Dedicated Mercedes-Benz vehicles will be available to pick up customers from nearby public transportation hubs, such as subway stations and bus stops, ensuring a seamless and comfortable journey to the service center for consultations or to utilize the customer lounge facilities.

Lee Kyung-seop, CEO of HS Hyosung The Class, emphasized the company's dedication to providing an exceptional Mercedes-Benz experience, stating, "As a leading dealer of Mercedes-Benz premium services, we will continue to strive to ensure our customers can fully understand and enjoy their Mercedes-Benz vehicles."

Celebrating its 22nd anniversary this year, HS Hyosung The Class continues to expand its footprint and service offerings. The company is alsoAnticipating the grand opening of the 'Mercedes-Maybach Brand Center Seoul' this summer, further solidifying its position in the luxury automotive market.

HS Hyosung The Class currently operates an extensive network comprising 10 showrooms across key locations including Gangnam-daero, Songpa, and Bundang Jeongja; three certified pre-owned car showrooms in Jukjeon, Cheonan, and Hanam; and 14 service centers strategically located throughout the region, including the newly launched Bangbae facility.
