Actress Park Shin-hye shared her recent status, showing off her unchanging beauty even after giving birth.

Park Shin-hye recently revealed a photo of herself making a cake for her second daughter through social media (SNS).

In the photos, Park Shin-hye is wearing a black hoodie and smiling brightly. Park Shin-hye, who gave birth to her daughter last September, caught attention by displaying her still youthful beauty and innocent charm even after childbirth.

Park Shin-hye is known to enjoy exercising and challenge herself with various sports. When preparing for a project, she revealed that she did aerobic exercise for an hour on an empty stomach and received personal training (PT) in the evening. She explained, “I like to eat, so I don't do starvation diets,” and focuses on increasing her amount of exercise when concentrating on weight management.

An exercise-centered diet helps not only with weight loss, but also with maintaining muscle mass and improving stamina. In particular, combining aerobic exercise and strength training can increase energy consumption while reducing muscle loss, which is effective for long-term weight management. Rather than reducing the amount of food excessively, balancing a well-rounded diet with regular exercise is advantageous for healthy weight loss.

However, after childbirth, it is important to adjust exercise intensity according to the state of physical recovery. Since abdominal muscles and pelvic floor muscles can be weakened during pregnancy and childbirth, it is better to start with light walking and pelvic floor muscle exercises rather than high-intensity exercises from the beginning.

Exercise time and intensity should also be increased gradually depending on the degree of recovery. In particular, if you had a cesarean section or complications occurred during the childbirth process, it is advisable to consult with medical staff to determine when to resume exercise. If pain, increased bleeding, urine leakage, or a feeling of pressure in the pelvic area occurs during exercise, you should stop exercising and receive medical attention.
