[GLOBAL ECONOMIC TIMES]  DK Asia announced on the 29th that it will hold the '2024 1st Royal Park City Content Contest' containing the nature, culture, and emotions of Royal Park City II, which was built with 5-generation high-end apartments, and Royal Park, which opened with 5 theme gardens. .

This contest, held under the theme of ‘Becoming a K-Garden Work,’ was planned by DK Asia to commemorate Royal Park City II, which will be built with 21,313 households through various themes, and the creation of the best theme garden in Korea that has never existed in the world. Through this event, DK Asia plans to publicize the specialness of the 5th generation luxury K-Garden, which was created for the first time in Korea, and the beauty of the 5 gardens created with various themes, and to greatly contribute to the development of local culture and arts.

Royal Park, created with five theme gardens in Royal Park City II, is filled with natural and cultural sensibilities. First, the ‘Picnic Garden’ was created with the concept of moving a forest to the city center, and is equipped with a pergola with a dome (roof) where you can take a break while walking in the forest. ‘Royal Garden’ is entered through a castle gate with a large soldier standing, and there is a fir forest path along with a large-scale sculpture fountain that can be seen in Europe, allowing you to feel both nature and culture.

‘Family Garden’ is a lawn plaza with a motif of Central Park in downtown New York, USA. It is suitable for exercising as a family as it has large-scale water features and exercise facilities. The ‘Flower Garden’ was created as a flower garden with the theme of wildflowers blooming colorfully throughout the four seasons, and it contains nature and emotions by holding various events such as concerts and flower viewing. ‘Kids Water Garden’ is a garden themed around whales living in the sea. The fountain installed on the floor spouts out a cool stream of water like a whale spouting water, ensuring children’s laughter 365 days a year.

Submission of works is divided into video and photo sections. Applications will be accepted from the 7th to the 17th of next month, and the submission method is to submit an online application form through the Royal Park City II website and submit the work by email. When submitting a work, you must also submit a link to a video or photo posted on an online community (Arumjip, Hogaengnono, personal SNS, etc.). To ensure the completeness of the work, you can also apply for a tour for filming through the Royal Park City II website.

The results of the evaluation will be notified individually in early December, and to ensure the fairness of the contest, the Korean Photographers Association (Incheon Metropolitan City Branch) and OBS, a private broadcaster in the Gyeonggi-Incheon region, will review. When judging, ‘likes’ and ‘views’ received through personal SNS will also be taken into consideration. Awards will be given in the video and photography categories, and a total of 23 million won will be awarded to 46 films, including 3 million won for each grand prize film.
