Seoul, South Korea – LG Electronics Inc. has introduced its latest innovation in home appliances, the AI WashTower, a sophisticated washer-dryer combination designed to provide users with unparalleled convenience and performance. This new appliance leverages advanced artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize laundry care, making it smarter and more efficient than ever before.

A key feature of the AI WashTower is its ability to quickly analyze the weight of the laundry within three seconds, enabling it to recommend the most suitable wash cycle. This intelligent function ensures that each load receives the precise treatment it requires, maximizing cleaning effectiveness while minimizing wear and tear on fabrics.

The appliance also boasts an impressive 25 kg drying capacity, catering to the needs of even the busiest households. Furthermore, its AI technology goes beyond simple cycle selection. By continuously monitoring water turbidity during the wash cycle, the WashTower can automatically dispense the appropriate amount of detergent, ensuring thorough cleaning without wasting resources.

For added convenience, the “My Course” feature allows users to save their preferred settings, which the AI learns over time. This personalized touch streamlines the laundry process, allowing users to achieve consistent, desired results with minimal effort.

LG Electronics has announced that pre-orders for the AI WashTower will commence next week. The appliance will be available at a retail price of 4.89 million won ($3,368). In addition to direct purchase, LG is also offering a subscription option, allowing customers to acquire the WashTower for 93,900 won per month under a six-year contract. This flexible payment plan makes the advanced appliance more accessible to a wider range of consumers.
