Governor Lee Won-taek Presents Plaque of Appreciation and Jeonbuk Love Citizen Card to Honorary Ambassador Kwak Bum

Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province announced on the 19th that Governor Lee Won-taek presented a plaque of appreciation and a Jeonbuk Love Citizen Card to Honorary Ambassador Kwak Bum at the provincial government meeting room in recognition of his contributions to promoting the charms of his hometown, Jeonbuk, and supporting provincial administration public relations.

This ceremony was arranged to express gratitude for Kwak Bum's past activities as an honorary ambassador and to foster continued cooperative relations for future promotion.

Serving as an honorary ambassador for Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province since 2023, Kwak Bum has contributed to familiarly introducing Jeonbuk’s diverse charms to the public, including the old downtown commercial districts of Jeonju, hidden attractions, and unique regional culture.

The plaque of appreciation delivered today encapsulates gratitude for his contributions to widely publicizing Jeonbuk's charm and value and enhancing the region's status.

Additionally, the province presented Kwak Bum with the Jeonbuk Love Citizen Card, expressing expectations that this occasion will expand interest and exchanges among expatriate Jeonbuk residents toward their hometown.

Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province Governor Lee Won-taek stated, "I deeply thank Honorary Ambassador Kwak Bum, who continues to shine Jeonbuk’s value with unwavering love for his hometown despite his busy schedule," adding, "We hope you will remain a steadfast companion on the path to creating a 'Greater Jeonbuk' moving forward."
