Yamaha Music Korea has announced a major winter promotion for its hybrid piano lineup, called the 'Hybrid Piano Music Festa.' This special event is set to run from December 12, 2025, through February 13, 2026, and will be held at all Yamaha direct stores and 41 official dealerships nationwide.

The promotion encompasses Yamaha's entire range of hybrid pianos, including the acclaimed TransAcoustic™ Pianos and Silent Pianos™, offering them to consumers at special discounted prices. During this period, select models will feature savings of up to 24%.

The Convergence of Craftsmanship and Technology

Yamaha's hybrid pianos represent a significant technological fusion, combining the deep, rich resonance of an acoustic piano soundboard with the versatility and convenience of digital technology. This integration allows the instruments to produce a natural acoustic sound without the use of traditional speakers, maintaining the authentic tactile experience of playing a standard acoustic instrument.

A representative from Yamaha Music Korea stated, "This event is an opportunity for customers to directly experience the value of Yamaha's pianos, which are the culmination of over 130 years of meticulous craftsmanship and technological innovation. We encourage everyone to try our hybrid lineup, which successfully delivers both the profound resonance of an acoustic piano and the modern convenience of digital features."

Featured Hybrid Technologies

The two flagship technologies featured in this promotion—TransAcoustic and Silent Pianos—each offer unique advantages to the modern pianist:

TransAcoustic™ Pianos: These instruments utilize the acoustic soundboard as a natural speaker, transmitting digital instrument voices and audio directly through the wood itself. Key features include a Layer Mode that allows for blending acoustic sounds with digital tones, and Bluetooth audio playback. Critically, they also feature a Quiet Mode, enabling volume adjustment and private practice via headphones while still producing an authentic acoustic sound experience.
Silent Pianos™: Developed for environments where noise control is essential, the Silent Piano system uses optical sensors to capture key and hammer movements while physically preventing the hammers from striking the strings. This preserves the genuine touch and feel of an acoustic action. The pianist can then listen to a high-quality, digitally sampled piano sound through headphones, effectively eliminating external noise while maintaining a near-acoustic tonal quality for the performer.
Consumers are encouraged to visit participating stores during the 'Hybrid Piano Music Festa' to personally test the advanced features and acoustic properties of the Yamaha hybrid piano line. This promotion marks a significant seasonal effort by Yamaha Music Korea to make its premium, technologically advanced instruments more accessible to music enthusiasts and professional musicians alike.
