NH Investment & Securities Expands 'Digital Ultra-High-Net-Worth' Services

NH Investment & Securities announced on the 14th that it is expanding its dedicated digital ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) service, which combines the convenience of non-face-to-side trading with the expertise of offline wealth management.

The service is currently targeted at customers with assets of 3 billion won or more who trade without visiting a physical branch. However, the company plans to lower the threshold to 2 billion won or more starting in 2027, thereby expanding the eligible customer base.

The defining feature of the UHNW dedicated service is "personalized digital wealth management guided by real professionals." Experienced private bankers (PBs) acting as dedicated digital advisors (DAs) continuously monitor how clients' assets fluctuate and provide necessary investment insights.

When complex issues arise—such as taxation, inheritance, gift-giving, and real estate, in addition to stocks or exchange-traded fund (ETF) investments—clients are directly connected to specialized headquarters departments. The digital advisor identifies the client's needs and connects them with experts from the Wealth Management Consulting Department and the Tax Center.

To cater to non-face-to-face clients who find it difficult to frequently visit physical branches, the service also operates one-on-one offline wealth management consulting and small-scale private online seminars. Following the initial private seminar on the "Key Points of the August 3 Real Estate Tax Law Amendment," ongoing wealth management consulting sessions reflecting investment strategies and the latest market issues continue to be held.

Another "Overseas Stock Investment Strategy and Face-to-Face Consulting 3rd Program" is scheduled for the 15th, targeting customers who have applied for the UHNW service. The event is designed to review global stock market trends and lead into practical consultations based on individual client portfolios.

Substantial VIP customer benefits have also been added. These include fast-call services and direct connections to dedicated advisors without waiting times, along with quarterly investment support funds and trading cashbacks. VIP invitation events and exclusive investment newsletters are also provided, alongside regular video and telephone consultations for tax and wealth management.
