Chungnam Province has joined forces with experts to systematically promote the "Chung-Hyo-Ye Chungcheong Spirit," which was the first official administrative approval signed by the provincial governor for the 9th popular election term.

On the 29th, the province held the "Chung-Hyo-Ye Policy Council" at the Provincial Assembly seminar room. The meeting was attended by provincial officials—including Koo Sang, Director-General of the AI Basic Society Health and Welfare Bureau, and Choi Won-hyuk, Director of Chung-Hyo-Ye Planning—along with experts from various fields, including senior welfare, filial piety, artificial intelligence (AI), veterans' affairs, disability welfare, ethics, character education, history, culture, and youth.

This council was organized to gather expert advice and feedback on the vision, core values, implementation goals, and concrete action plans of the "Chung-Hyo-Ye Basic Plan (Draft)."

The meeting included a presentation of the Chung-Hyo-Ye Basic Plan (Draft), followed by discussions on:

The vision and core values of Chung-Hyo-Ye policies
Implementation goals by sector
Citizen participation and practical action plans
Inter-departmental and inter-agency cooperation systems
The province plans to reflect the diverse opinions presented during the meeting into the basic plan and materialize policies that connect Chung-Hyo-Ye not to a limited sector or a one-time campaign, but to everyday practical living.

"Chung-Hyo-Ye does not merely remain a traditional value of the past; it is a vital asset for building a society where people respect, care for, and live together with one another today," said Koo Sang, Director-General of the AI Basic Society Health and Welfare Bureau. "Today's gathering will serve as a meaningful starting point for rooting the Chung-Hyo-Ye Chungcheong Spirit deep into the daily lives of our residents."
