Confucian Land, operated by the Gyeongsangbuk-do Culture & Tourism Corporation (President Kim Nam-il), is hosting special programs and planned exhibitions for visitors during the Chuseok holiday.

The Chuseok holiday events will run from the 24th to the 27th. Confucian Land will be closed on the 25th, the day of Chuseok, and will operate normally for three days: the 24th, 26th, and 27th.

A variety of programs for family visitors to enjoy together have been prepared for the holiday period. Magic performances will be held at the Confucian Land circular stage from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM on the 26th and 27th.

Traditional play experience zones will operate at Seonbi Garden on the 24th, 26th, and 27th, and balloon art by the tall man ("Stilt Walker") will take place from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. In addition, an event offering souvenirs for writing photo reviews will be held at the Media Art Hall.

Visitors can also check out the special exhibition titled "Beautiful Transcription: The Old Map Exhibition of the Late Choi Hyun-gil." Running until October 16 at the Confucian Land Planning Exhibition Hall, the exhibition will vividly convey the appearance of the old national territory by showcasing about 50 works by the late Choi Hyun-gil, who painstakingly transcribed Joseon Dynasty old maps.
