Looking Toward the Future
Beyond on-site retail, the exhibition serves as a platform to test online sales channels and expand market reach, aiming to elevate the brand value of "Gyeongbuk-style Traditional Markets" amidst rapidly changing consumer trends.
"Through this exhibition held in the stunning natural scenery of Mungyeong Saejae, visitors will experience the true excellence of Gyeongbuk’s traditional markets and the passion of our merchants," said Yang Geum-hee, Vice Governor for Economic Affairs of Gyeongsangbuk-do.
"We will continue to implement future-oriented policies—such as facility modernization, enhanced fire safety networks, and digital transformation—to ensure our traditional markets build self-reliance and evolve into vibrant commercial districts that people love to visit."
