The Extraordinary Singing Talent of a Senior Alumnus (KMA 39th Class)

I have a deep connection with graduates from various military academies. For a long time, I have volunteered in a "civilian diplomacy" capacity, building relationships with multinational officers who come to Korea for official and unofficial studies, as well as their families (spouses and children).

Among them is CEO Ji Hong-gi, a member of the 39th class of the Korea Military Academy (KMA), who also served in the UN Department of Peace Operations (DPO).

CEO Ji is widely known among KMA alumni for his exceptional singing talent. His reputation precedes him; it is said there is no song he cannot master, whether it be Pop, Japanese songs, Chanson, or Taiwanese tracks. When I previously asked him to record a "musical gift" for global travelers, I was personally astonished by his performance. At the time, I requested his support for a plan to guide international students on a tour of the DMZ, and I am deeply grateful that he accepted without hesitation. ????

※ He also sent over a notice for global travelers who might visit Cherry Garden in Insadong, only to turn back because they couldn't find it, thinking it had already opened. He suggested posting this guide to help them find their way.
