Over 50 working-level personnel from 42 local SMEs in attendance… Maximizing work productivity

(Foundation) Chungnam Technopark (Acting President Song In-sang, hereinafter referred to as Chungnam TP) announced on the 16th that it held the "AI-based Business Plan and Completion Report Writing Practical Training" at Shilla Stay Cheonan to strengthen the job competencies of working-level personnel in Chungnam local SMEs and enhance their AX (AI Transformation) response capabilities.

This training was prepared as part of the "2026 Chungnam Regional Enterprise Growth Ladder Support Project," with over 50 working-level staff from 42 local SMEs attending, showing high interest in strengthening practical competencies utilizing generative AI technology.

In keeping with the rapidly spreading generative AI technology trend, Chungnam TP conducted a preliminary demand survey and organized a field-customized program focused entirely on "practical exercises," moving away from theoretical classes.

The course was conducted entirely in a hands-on format by inviting expert instructors in the AI field. Key contents included ▲Understanding the AI utilization paradigm, ▲Writing business plans based on the PSST (Problem-Solution-Scale-Team) structure, ▲Market and competitor analysis and securing quantitative evidence, ▲Drafting completion/settlement reports and organizing evidence, and ▲Cross-verifying AI outputs and identifying hallucinations—subjects immediately applicable to actual work.

Chungnam TP expects that this training will reduce the administrative burden on participating company staff and enhance their logical planning and drafting capabilities. Furthermore, the agency plans to establish an AI utilization culture across local SMEs and expand the foundational capabilities for digital transformation (AX) at the corporate level.

Chungnam TP Business Commercialization Support Division Head Jung Jun-yong stated, "We will continuously expand practical-centered AI capacity-building training that is substantially needed in corporate fields to make Chungnam a great place to do business, further raise the business success rate of regional companies, and contribute to Chungnam’s great AI industrial transformation."
