Seosan, South Korea – Seosan City has announced that tickets for an international cruise departing from the city's Daesan Port will go on sale starting December 1st. Themed "Renaissance of the West Sea," the 6-night, 7-day cruise is scheduled to depart on May 19, 2025.

Operated by Lotte Tour Development, the cruise will offer passengers a unique opportunity to visit Keelung, Taiwan, and Nagasaki, Japan. A highlight of the itinerary is the "Cruise Overnight" in Keelung, allowing passengers to experience the vibrant nightlife and attractions of Taipei.

The cruise ship, Costa Serena, is a massive 114,000-ton vessel with a capacity of 3,780 passengers. It boasts a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, casino, and various entertainment options such as live performances, dance parties, and cultural shows.

"This is the largest cruise ship to depart from Daesan Port," said a city official. "We believe that this cruise will further enhance Seosan's reputation as an international travel destination and boost local tourism."

To celebrate the launch, Seosan City is offering special promotions to local residents starting December 11th. Residents can inquire about these exclusive deals through the Lotte Tour Seosan Citizen Service Center.

The cruise is expected to attract a significant number of travelers, both domestic and international. With its convenient location and diverse attractions, Seosan is quickly becoming a popular departure point for cruise vacations.
