Taipei – The 2025 Taiwan International Geothermal Conference (TIGC), hosted by the Bureau of Energy under the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Taiwan, will be held in Taipei from April 24 to 25, 2025, and registration is currently underway.

This conference aims to accelerate the development of Taiwan's geothermal industry and promote international technology exchange, collaboration, and talent acquisition. The event will bring together global geothermal experts and domestic industry leaders to engage in in-depth discussions on Taiwan's geothermal development status, international geothermal energy trends, and innovative advancements.

By discussing the latest technologies, policy developments, and future potential, this conference is expected to play a crucial role in driving the growth of geothermal energy within Taiwan.

The registration deadline is April 18, 2025, and participation in the conference is free of charge. Detailed information about the event, the conference program, and registration can be found [here](Link not provided, cannot be inserted).

Taiwan's Geothermal Energy Development Status: Taiwan is located in the Pacific Ring of Fire and is known to possess abundant geothermal resources. The government is actively investing in geothermal energy development to strengthen energy security and achieve carbon neutrality goals. This conference is expected to further accelerate related technological advancements and the establishment of an industrial ecosystem.

The 2025 Taiwan International Geothermal Conference is poised to be an important opportunity to envision the future of Taiwan's geothermal industry and enhance international collaboration. Interested parties are encouraged to actively participate.
