Samsung Singapore Announces Launch of Revolutionary One UI 7

Samsung Electronics Singapore has announced the official launch of its new user interface, One UI 7, starting April 14, 2025, with the Galaxy S24 series. This update introduces enhanced AI-driven personalization and control, designed to allow users to interact more naturally with their Galaxy devices.

Key Features and Highlights

Enhanced Personalization:Redesigned One UI widgets for simplified home screen customization.
Introduction of the 'Now Bar' on the lock screen for easy access to real-time updates.
Intuitive AI Capabilities:AI Select: Recommends relevant functions by understanding the user's device usage context.
Writing Assist: Summarizes selected text or automatically formats it.
Drawing Assist: Helps bring ideas to life by combining text prompts, images, and sketches.
Audio Eraser: Provides advanced editing by isolating and removing specific sounds from videos.
Google Gemini Integration: Allows users to activate Google Gemini with a long press of the device's side button and use various functions via voice commands.
Natural Language Search: Simplifies finding settings by inputting context-aware prompts in the settings search bar.

Release Schedule and Target Devices

The update will begin on April 14, 2025, starting with the Galaxy S24 series.
It will gradually expand to various Galaxy devices, including:Galaxy S Series: Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy S24 FE, Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy S22 series, Galaxy S21 series, Galaxy S21 FE
