Chungnam Province has launched on-site employment support programs for young job seekers, linking with the Yesan-gun Job Fair.

On October 7, the province operated the "Visiting Youth Job Bus" in conjunction with the "2026 Yesan-gun Job Fair" held at the Yesan Yun Bong-gil Gymnasium.

During the event, the province provided customized employment information tailored to desired occupations and career backgrounds for high school and university job seekers, as well as young people in employment blind spots. Services included job consultation, guidance on employment policies, and career counseling.

Additionally, the program identified the job-seeking demands of young people and connected them with local corporate recruitment data to foster actual employment opportunities.

The Visiting Youth Job Bus is a youth employment support initiative commissioned by the province to the Chungnam Economic Promotion Agency. It directly reaches out to young people to offer job counseling, policy guidance, and career consulting.

This year, the province set a target of operating the bus 110 times to support 3,000 individuals. To date, it has operated 112 times, providing employment support services to 2,492 people.

The province plans to continue running the program through the end of the year in line with on-site demand.

A provincial official stated, "The Visiting Youth Job Bus is an initiative that directly reaches out to young people in need of jobs, communicating on-site and providing customized services. We will continue to ensure that young people across the province can easily access necessary job information and connect to actual employment."
