Exemplary collaboration between Seobuk-gu and the Main Office yields an Excellence Award... Secures qualification for the 2027 national competition.

Cheonan's Seobuk-gu announced on the 8th that it received an Excellence Award certificate at the "13th Cadastral and Drone Surveying Competition" hosted by South Chungcheong Province.

The competition saw fierce competition among cadastral officials from 16 cities, counties, and districts across South Chungcheong Province.

Representing the city, a joint team consisting of officials Park Jong-ik and Park Jun-ho from the Seobuk-gu Civil Affairs and Cadastral Division, along with Kim Ki-hyun from the Main Office Land Information Division, competed. The team perfectly executed accurate cadastral survey result inspections, image capturing, and post-processing work using GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) surveying equipment and drones, demonstrating cutting-edge cadastral surveying technological capabilities.

The representative team received high scores across all categories, adding significance to the achievement by enhancing expertise and field response capabilities through collaboration between Seobuk-gu and the Main Office.

Following the award, the team will represent South Chungcheong Province to compete at the "2027 National Spatial Information Challenge Cadastral and Drone Surveying Competition" to be held next year.

Seobuk-gu plans to continue providing reliable administrative services by conducting on-site cadastral survey inspections utilizing GNSS surveying equipment.

Lee Jung-woo, Head of the Seobuk-gu Civil Affairs and Cadastral Division, stated, "This award is the result of Seobuk-gu and the Main Office joining forces and collaborating, alongside our staff continuously honing the latest surveying technologies. We will continue to do our utmost to protect citizens' property rights and enhance trust in land administration by providing accurate and highly reliable cadastral surveying services."
