SEOUL — A definitive guide on natural healing has been released, encapsulating a lifetime of dedication to natural health research. Dalbit Seojae Publishing announced the official publication of "Bloodletting (瀉血) - A Practical Guide to Hong Se-jin Medicine," co-authored by Director Hong Se-jin and Dr. Ryu Young-chang.

This new book introduces the foundational healing principles of "Hong Se-jin Medicine," an integrated system born from the synthesis of traditional acupuncture and moxibustion theories by the legendary master Gudang Kim Nam-su, Simcheon bloodletting therapy, and the core essence of Qi healing.

Spanning 3 parts and 16 chapters, the guidebook systematically analyzes extensive clinical data ranging from chronic ailments to neuropsychiatric disorders. In particular, Part 2, titled "Healing Through Bloodletting," presents highly practical solutions for managing chronic diseases and pain—the very health issues most feared by modern individuals.

In Part 3, titled "The Body's Code, Rediscovering Constitution and Health Knowledge," the authors deconstruct common health misconceptions. The section uncovers unexpected reversals behind health beliefs blindly trusted by the public, exploring the paradox of nourishing health foods, the uncomfortable truth about brown rice, and the correct, safe ways to consume wild and cultivated ginseng.

A notable feature of this book is its focus on self-health management. It provides detailed illustrations mapping out major acupoints, including the 'Daechu (GV14)' point, alongside their specific therapeutic benefits to ensure readers can easily practice self-care.

Furthermore, QR codes are seamlessly embedded throughout the pages. Scanning them instantly directs readers to "Hong Se-jin's Health Class," a YouTube channel featuring over 400 practical educational videos, offering a step-by-step, interactive guide to mastering bloodletting therapy safely and accurately.
