Hyundai Motor and Kia announced on the 19th that they are accepting applications for the 9th cohort of their "Softeer Bootcamp," a software-focused recruitment-linked training program, through the 3rd of next month.

The Softeer Bootcamp is an initiative designed by Hyundai Motor and Kia to discover and nurture software talent. The upcoming 9th cohort will run as a recruitment-linked educational program for approximately eight weeks, from December 28 to February 26 of next year.

For this 9th cohort, Hyundai Motor and Kia aim to cultivate AI engineers capable of defining challenges using artificial intelligence tools and designing and executing effective solutions.

Applications are being accepted across three main tracks:

-Back-end Development
-Data Engineering & Data Architecture
-Service Planning

Eligible applicants include university students (bachelor's degree or higher from domestic or international four-year universities) who have graduated or are scheduled to graduate between August 2026 and August 2027.

Participants who successfully complete the training program will be granted an opportunity for a final interview for full-time entry-level positions.

Jin Eun-sook, President and Head of the ICT Division at Hyundai Motor and Kia, stated, "We will continue to strengthen our educational programs and selection processes in alignment with the latest trends, while sustaining our investments to discover software talent and accelerate AI transformation (AX)."
